Last night, Justin Bieber kept Orlando company with a heartfelt performance. He sang his song “Purpose” from the same titled 2015 album.

Bieber (22) is currently on tour and made it a point to uplift members in the audience and ultimately all of us in the U.S. after the Pulse nightclub shootings. He later on tweeted, “Thank you for tonight. Don’t ever be afraid to be yourself. #OrlandoStrong”.

Like many around the nation, we here at HTL thank Justin for using his fame for good and continuing to shed light on an important global issue.

BERLIN, GERMANY - JUNE 18: A child hides under a rainbow flag in front of a larger one hanging during a vigil for victims of a shooting at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida nearly a week earlier, in front of the United States embassy on June 18, 2016 in Berlin, Germany. Fifty people were killed and at least as many injured during a Latin music event at the Pulse club in the worst terror attack in the U.S. since 9/11. The American-born gunman had pledged allegiance to ISIS, though officials have yet to find conclusive evidence of his having any direct connection with foreign extremists. The incident has added fuel to the ongoing debate about gun control in the country. (Photo by Adam Berry/Getty Images)
